I inject my chest with salt water for an instant boob job that lasts 24 hours

A former Playboy Bunny put the “D” in “DIY” after injecting saltwater into breasts to create “insta-breasts” that lasted a whole 24 hours.

“They look much bigger and are 1,000 times better than implants,” Kayla Kayden, 34, declared to Jam Press while describing her alternative boob job.

No stranger to plastic surgery, the Playboy Bunny-turned-OnlyFans star first went under the knife when she was 19 and got E-cup breasts.

The Las Vegas native kept these colossal cans until 2021, whereupon she reverted back to a C-cup after realizing her ample assets had “expired” three years prior.

Kayden missed her massive mammaries, but she also had reservations about returning to the chop shop as she was afraid it would leave her with heavy scarring.

“I told my plastic surgeon that I didn’t know if I want [implants] again,” described the skin flick star, who boasts nearly 400,000 followers on Instagram.

That’s when her plastic surgeon proposed a new embellishment method called the “insta breast” using an FDA-approved “saltwater solution.”

Invented by New York City cosmetic surgeon Dr. Norman Rowe, this cosmetic enhancement involves getting “saline (a mixture of salt and water) put in” one’s chest to inflate in seconds, similar to a water balloon.

The Post has reached out to reps for Dr. Rowe for comment.

Surgery candidates can reportedly customize the implants by working in sections to achieve the desired look and size.

“The InstaBreast procedure adds a little more volume and fullness to the breasts without having to have surgery for implants,” Dr. Rowe advertises on his site.

Indeed, the “injections take you from your normal size to three or five times your natural size,” according to Kayden, who received her first pair of “insta breasts” in 2022.

She was over the moon about the results, describing: “They get these 24-hour boosters so he did the injection and it worked – I was shocked.”

Naturally, the idea of minute mammaries may seem artificial, but Kayden claims that they’re far more natural than their long-term counterparts in both look and feel.

“As water goes into natural chest area, it doesn’t look like implants, that’s why I like it,” she said. “With the implants, you can feel a ball inside your chest. But with the water it’s like a waterbed – you don’t even notice it’s in there.”

Of course, these temporary teats aren’t without their caveats, most notably that they are, by nature, fleeting. “It feels like you have implants but I don’t think it lasts 24 hours at all, it is more like 12 hours,” lamented Kayden, adding that “It reduces throughout the day.”

The silver lining is that the porn star can pump up for “show-time” without being encumbered in the interim.

“I can be my normal self and then when I want to look all glammed up, I put a wig on and do my boobs,” she said.

Perhaps the biggest con is the cost of inflation, which reportedly ran Kayden $7,500 for 10 injections of 350ccs.

Ultimately, she decided that the boobs weren’t worth the squeeze. Despite loving her “insta-breasts,” the Nevadan said they made her miss her permanent boob job — so she decided to ignore the risks and return to the plastic surgeon

“I loved how the insta boob looked so much I decided to have my breasts done again,” Kayden explained. ”So I’m back to fake size D cups again.”

She added, “Thankfully I didn’t get any new scarring [from my implants previously]. The plastic surgeon went over previous scars.”

While she’s “happy” with the results, the adult entertainer advises anyone “getting breast implants to try saline injections first to see which size they want.”

“[If I didn’t have my implants], would absolutely get the injections again,” she declared.

Along with the aforementioned cons, Experts warn that “insta-breasts” do have minor side effects, including bruising and the potential for infection and nerve damage.

Meanwhile, others worry that repeat injections could stretch womens’ skin.

In order to mitigate complications, Dr. Rowe advises using “insta-breasts” as a dry run to see if they want the real deal, and not as a permanent solution.

“For lack of a better term, try it before you buy it,” he said. “It gets rid of that buyer’s remorse.”
