Irwin, a Texas-based urogynecologist surgeon who specializes in female pelvic dysfunctions, says a lack of education often keeps women from reaching an acute climax.

Now, the medic wants all lusty ladies to experience the same mind-blowing moments that she does, and claims kegel exercises — with a twist — are a surefire way to take your orgasms to the next explosive level.

“I know that you have probably all heard the advice to ‘do your kegels’, but why?” Irwin said in an interview with Jam Press. “Your pelvic floor muscles line the interior of your pelvic bone; they act as a net to keep your reproductive and elimination organs in place.”

However, Irwin — who regularly shares sex tips with her more than 91,300 followers on TikTok — says many women focus on squeezing at the front, when they should be paying attention to their behinds.

“I want you to concentrate on instead of holding your pee, hold your poop,” Irwin instructed. “When you squeeze your anal sphincter, you’re actually contracting a much bigger muscle than you do when you’re holding your pee.”

According to the sultry surgeon, that technique helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles more effectively, leading to a better boost in the bedroom.

Meanwhile, the medic says squeezing the sphincter while doing belly dancing and yoga is also very beneficial.

“Whenever you do a belly dance move, at the end of it or even during, you can do a Kegel exercise and squeeze your anus,” Irwin explained.

“For yoga, you can do it throughout the whole move. Let’s say downward dog, you just squeeze your sphincter at the same time. Therefore, not only are they great exercises for your body, but also amazing for your sexual organs.”

Irwin further suggested using a specialized machine that she claims is designed “to improve orgasmic ability.”
