This half-eaten sandwich is up for sale for $1.3M on Facebook — and everyone is confused why

Who wants to go halfsies?

Those half-as-hungry as they could be might want to head on over to Facebook Marketplace, where they can purchase someone’s leftovers for a whopping $1.3 million.

The so-called “yummy” sandwich was listed by the cheeky — and apparently satiated — seller from Leicester, England, on Tuesday, according to Jam Press.

Categorized as “new,” the grilled, half-eaten sammie, which appeared to be filled with cheese and some sort of meat, was described as “very crispy,” and listed for sale because the vendor couldn’t “finish” it.

But this isn’t the first time that a bizarre food has appeared on the platform; one man touted “the saddest lunch you will ever see” consisting of a baked potato drowning in baked beans.

The catch? He didn’t have a plate and was forced to eat off of the glass microwave plate.

“I’m a mobile engineer with a microwave in my van but forgot something to eat off, so have had to use the microwave plate,” the user wrote online. “I’m so sorry.”

His baffling choice raised eyebrows on Facebook, where people poked fun at the so-called “engineer.”

“Not a very good engineer then?” one person quipped. “Could’ve put the beans in the potato to avoid excess flooding.”

Another added: “Should have cooked the beans in the tin, you could have eaten them without getting the plate messy then what could go wrong lol.”
